June 5th Chittick Students Perform at Tufts!

Tufts University, one of the Chittick School's partnership organizations, has invited the Chittick Fifth Grade String Players (or CSQ12) to perform as part of their Community Music program's year-end concert. Our students will perform the string quartets they have been working on, as well as solo peices in the beautiful new Granoff Concert Hall. Tufts Community Music groups will also perform. Come hear our students proud performances!

Black History Month Presentation
Join us on February 24th, 9:15 am at the Chittick School as the BPQ, Chittick String Students (CSQ12), and the Chittick Theater Arts classes present our annual Black History Month Presentation. This will be the first year that the BPQ is a full part of the program. The CSQ12 will proudly perform "Deep River" alongside the BPQ, and all fourth and fifth graders will sing "It Don't Mean a Thing" accompanied by the BPQ. While the entire school benefits from Stephanie Cooper's intensively enriching Theatre Arts classes, this year marks the beginning of a long-term collaboration with the BPQ, in turn providing more and more music education for the Chittick's 300 students.
